About Volunteer Hours

Members are expected to complete 12 hours per year and submit a record of their volunteer hours by September 1st. Members who fail to complete their volunteer hours will be charged an extra $200 in addition to their regular membership dues.

New members who joined less than 3 months before this deadline are NOT required to complete volunteer hours their first year.

How do I log hours that I’ve completed?

There are two options for submitting your hours:

1. Log your hours digitally using iCrew. To do this, log into iCrew, and click here or look for the “Journal” or “Your Hours” section and create a new entry.
   
   
   
2. Fill out the paper form. These are available at the boathouse or for download here.

How can I keep track of my hours so far?

Members can check their current hours for 2022-2023 by clicking this link. Note the date range shown – it usually defaults to show only last 3 months but will show the right 2022-2023 dates if you use the link above.
