Our Annual Meeting will be held on SATURDAY, October 5th in the erg room. Potluck brunch and meeting times are as follows:
9:00 a.m. – Potluck Brunch: Please arrive with your favorite brunch/side dish or dessert (enough to serve 5-7 people). There will be a sign-up sheet so you can list what you would like to bring in front of the office at the boathouse in October.
9:30 a.m. – Annual Meeting & Elections: Members in good standing with a paid membership through 9/30/2020 are eligible to vote (Friends of the Association, Young Adult Members, Coxswains Only and National Team Members are not eligible to vote.) The meeting will conclude by noon for all but the new Board of Directors.
